At Uplift we believe that we have been called by Jesus Christ to go out and make disciples of all nations. Matthew 28:18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to uplift Jesus, so that He can draw as many people to Him as possible.

Our Vision

The vision of Uplift Christian Ministries is to create a diverse community of believers focused on
loving God, loving others as we do ourselves, serving those in need, and making a difference for Christ in this community.

Part of the vision given to us from God is specific direction regarding the communities we are to impact. Using the church location as the center point, God through divine revelation has directed us to work in a 3-mile radius of the church for the first 3 years, a 5-mile radius for years 3-5 and a 7-mile radius for years 5-7. The success of our ministry will be determined by the restoration of families, men, women, and children within the surrounding community.

We take this call seriously and our focus is on creating a ministry that hits this Disciple Target. Think of a 3 ring dart board as your ministry, and just like the game of darts the center is considered the most valuable part of your ministry. The outer ring and the easiest to hit represents you. I know this may sound strange, because we have been taught that the most valuable part and the center of our lives is us, and therefore we must be the bulls-eye. But to the contrary, when it comes to the Great Commission Jesus clearly makes the center of His ministry the nations.

Our ministry is focused on helping Christians move from the outer ring which represents our personal discipleship, to the next ring that represents serving and making disciples of the community they reside in, to the bulls-eye and ultimate goal set by Jesus which is to go out and make disciples of the nations. We will accomplish this goal through our ministries and community service.
